These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and ACEinovations (“ACEinovations,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of aceinovations.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to them, you must not access or use the Site.

The Site is a marketing and informational website for ACEinovations, an engineering and product studio. It describes our services, showcases past work, and provides ways to get in touch about a potential project. These Terms govern your use of the Site itself only. Any engagement for client services is governed by a separate, signed services agreement between you and ACEinovations, the terms of which take precedence over this document for that engagement.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that violates these Terms.

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, case studies, and design, is the property of ACEinovations or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, unless otherwise noted. You represent and warrant that any information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to submit it. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which ACEinovations operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. • Severability: if any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• No waiver: our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Assignment: you may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign these Terms without restriction.
• Entire agreement: these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ACEinovations regarding use of the Site.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
