This is where we work on the experience layer: how someone finds your product, understands what it does, and decides whether to trust it with their time or money. We do this alongside engineering, not before it and not separately from it, so design decisions are grounded in what's actually buildable and nothing gets lost in translation between a Figma file and a pull request.

Experience & Product Design
UX & Product Design
Wireframes, prototypes, and interface design for web and mobile products, grounded in how people actually behave rather than a template of best practices. We design for the states that get skipped in a rush — empty states, errors, the second and third visit — because that’s usually where trust is won or lost.
Product Discovery & User Research

Customer Journey Mapping
An audit of how the experience actually behaves today — where people drop off, what confuses them, where support tickets pile up — documented so the whole team can see it, not just the person who did the research. It's different from journey design: mapping tells you what's true right now; design decides what should happen instead.
Conversion & Experience Optimization
Once something is live, we look at where people actually abandon — sign-up, checkout, onboarding — and run structured tests to fix it. This is ongoing work rather than a one-time audit, because the biggest leaks are rarely where a team assumes they are.
